  • What type of products do you offer?

    Spring Town, Inc. is a wholesale distributor of adult movies on DVD and Blu-ray as well as adult toys and novelty items. We offer a vast array of adult movies from the U.S., Asia and Europe.

  • Do you have a minimum-order policy?

    Because we are a wholesaler, we do have a minimum-order policy of $100 for DVDs/Blu-rays and $200 for adult toys/novelty items.

  • Can your DVDs be viewed anywhere in the world?

    Most of our DVDs have "ALL" or "0" regional coding, which means that they are playable worldwide. DVDs with region code "ALL" or "0" can be viewed in any country in the world. Please refer to the "Product Details" section of the item you wish to purchase and confirm the region code before you make the purchase.

  • Is it safe to shop at your website?

    In order to provide a worry-free and safe shopping experience, we have put in place both electronic and physical safeguards to protect your sensitive information. When you send us your credit card number and your personal information, our SSL (secure socket layer) connection encrypts all of your data, scrambling it using numerical formulas to prevent tampering by an outside source. The data is de-scrambled once it safely reaches our database. When entering an area deemed "safe" (protected by an SSL connection), you'll notice that the website address begins with "https://," instead of the common "http://." That last "s" stands for secure. The "safe" area you enter to provide us with sensitive information (i.e. your credit card number, full name, address, etc.) are secured by VeriSign.

    SpringTownDVD.com pledges to exercise great care and caution when handling your credit card information and also pledges to never sell or rent your personal information, such as your name, address, e-mail address, or phone number, to a third-party. There will be no exceptions about it. This is our guarantee and promise to you.

    You can rest assured that your order will be shipped in a discreet, nondescript packaging with absolutely no indication as to the contents.

  • Billing

    The charge on your credit card statement will read SpringTown, Inc. There will be no indication as to what type of product you have purchased from us.

Packaging and Shipping

  • What shipping methods are available?

    We usually ship orders using UPS or the United States Postal Service. If you would prefer to use a carrier or shipping service other than the available shipping methods, then please specify it under "Special Instructions" during checkout and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • When will my order arrive?

    Once your order is received and verified, DVDs/Blu-rays will be shipped within 1-3 business days and Toys and Novelty will be shipped within 3-8 business days. Depending on the shipping method selected, domestic orders may take between 3-6 business days and international orders may take between 3-8 business days. International order delivery may sometimes take longer due to customs clearance delays. We will keep you informed about the status of your order every step of the way via e-mail.

    For first-time overseas customers: please note that credit card verification is required and this process may take between 2-6 business days, depending on your country and your credit card issuing bank. This processing time will be in addition to our order processing time.

  • Do you deliver to PO boxes?

    PO box delivery is possible only if you are using the United States Postal Service as your shipping method and only if your order is pre-paid or if you're paying by credit card. Other shipping methods such as UPS or FedEx may be used if your address is a private mail box address where a clerk is available to provide a signature for the delivery.

  • Product Packaging For Domestic Shipments

    Our default packaging system consists of the item you have ordered in its original packaging (the DVD/Blu-ray disc or a novelty product inside a factory sealed case or box) placed inside an unmarked shipping box with no indication as to what it contains. If you would like us to use a different carrier to ship your product than the ones offered by us, or have different packaging specifications, please let us know via e-mail and we'll do our best to serve your needs. Please note that shipping charges will vary depending on the carrier.

  • Product Packaging For International Shipments

    All DVD/Blu-ray discs and sleeves will be shipped in their original packaging.  We offer the service of removing the DVD/Blu-ray discs from their plastic cases and shipping only the discs and sleeves at a charge of $0.25 per item.  Please indicate that you understand and agree to the extra handling charge under “Special Instructions” if you wish to use this service.  Our primary carrier for international shipments is the United States Post Office, but if you prefer a different carrier please let us know via e-mail and we will make adjustments, if possible. Please note that shipping charges will vary depending on the carrier.

  • Domestic Shipping Rates

    We usually ship orders using UPS or the United States Postal Service and we follow the UPS and the USPS shipping rate. If you select a carrier other than those we offer (FedEx, DHL, etc.), then we will notify you of your shipping rate via e-mail.

  • International shipping rates

    Please send an inquiry to order@springtowndvd.com to obtain international shipping rates.

  • Customs Fee And Import Duties For International Shipments

    International shipments may be subject to customs fees and import duties once they reach the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these charges and if you are not familiar with the customs policies in your country, please contact your local customs office for more information. Your shipping charge to Spring Town does not include the customs fees and import duties. Please bear in mind that we have no control over these fees and we have no way of estimating the total cost.

  • Foreign Customs Related Issue

    Please note that the customer bears the responsibility for being aware of the import regulations of their own country.  The customer should also be aware that there may be a risk of their shipment being seized by customs when they are not in full compliance with their country’s import regulations.  We are sorry, but we cannot issue refunds for seized shipments.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Return Policy

    All DVD/Blu-Ray returns must be made within 30 days from the invoice date. Adult toys and novelty items can only be returned if defective. Non-defective DVDs/Blu-Rays can only be returned if unopened.  There will be a 20% restocking fee on all non-defective DVD/Blu-Ray returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the return postage.

  • Exchange Policy

    Exchanges for defective items must be made within 30 days from the invoice date.  We will exchange the defective item with another one of the same DVD/Blu-Ray, toy, or novelty item. The customer is responsible for the return postage. The postage to ship out an exchanged item to the customer will be borne by us.

Maintenance

  • Regarding Regularly Scheduled System Maintenance

    In order to keep our website working as smoothly as possible, we will perform reguarly scheduled system maintenance on 3rd Thursday of Each Month from 8pm to 12am. Our website will be temporarily unavailable while the maintenance is being performed. We apologize for the inconvenience this brief disruption of service may cause you, but periodic system maintenance is integral in keeping our website fully functional and up to date. We take this time to perform server updates, back up our data, correct any errors reported by the users and address any potential problems. Thank you for your understanding.
